Power Strap Adapter for ski boots

A handy attachment for Therm-ic batteries

The Power Strap Adapter is designed to make it easier to position Therm-ic batteries directly on ski boots. It attaches to the boot’s Velcro strap, thereby keeping the battery close to the heating system.

This solution means you don’t have to carry the battery in a pocket or attach it elsewhere whilst skiing.

Compatible with SmartPack batteries

The adapter was originally designed for older SmartPack batteries. It holds them securely in place on the boot’s strap.

Compatible with the new C-Pack batteries

The adapter can also be used with the more recent C-Pack batteries. However, these have a different clip system: using them with the Power Strap Adapter therefore requires the addition of the appropriate Wire Clip.

A versatile mounting solution

The adapter can be fitted directly onto the Velcro strap of a ski boot. It can also be used with an additional Velcro strap to adapt the system to different types of boots.

Installation

1. Place the adapter onto the Velcro clip on the ski boot or onto an additional Velcro strap.
2. Close the adapter by pressing down on it.
3. Insert the top clip of the battery into the top slot of the adapter.
4. Fold the battery down so that the adapter engages with the battery clip.
5. Rotate the battery downwards until it is positioned vertically.
